Built in 1976, Haleloa II is a townhouse project consisting of 6 sixplex buildings on 19 acres in Kuliou’ou Valley. Located between Niu Valley and Hawai’i Kai, we are nestled along the eastern side of the valley along the lush Koolau Mountains as they slope down toward the ocean. Approximately ¾ of our property is zoned conservation land and we are located on a cul de sac, so there is very little traffic and we enjoy a quiet neighborhood with a sense of peace, while having easy access to hiking, ocean activities, shopping centers, and town.
