Our Community

At Haleloa II, we believe that there’s a place for everyone to get involved in our community.

Ways to Get Involved

Whether by serving on the Board of Directors or a committee, the Haleloa II Association of Apartment Owners (AOAO) depends on the participation of owners.

Board of Directors

Haleloa II’s Board is comprised of five owner volunteers elected by the AOAO.  The board oversees all operations of the association and ensures that the community governing documents are followed.  Our Board make all decisions with the interest of the community at heart.

Mission

"To enhance the quality of life in Haleloa II and protect the value, reputation, and desirability of our homes by managing common areas, upholding rules and covenants, and investing in capital improvements that benefit our community while being mindful of the burden of these fees and costs on owners."

Vision

“An enjoyable and pleasant community that is a great place to live and enjoy and in which we are proud to call home.”

Committees

Volunteering for a committee is also a great way to participate in our community!  Committees are largely advisory in nature and increase our Board’s effectiveness in completing necessary tasks, including making well informed decisions.  Committees typically identify areas of attention, gather relevant information, and suggest solutions to the Board.

Grounds Committee

Focuses on the appearance of our common area landscaping and signage, making recommendations to ensure Haleloa II’s appeal and attractiveness.

Maintenance Committee

Is concerned with the condition of our facilities, identifying those areas in need of maintenance or repair and making recommendations including regular maintenance and future considerations to the Board.
